Established in 2012. After 24 years in the environmental industry, owner Bob Swanbeck spent the last 10 in the mold industry. He had seen that most of the mold remediation companies where focusing on the larger commercial jobs and just using the residential jobs as fill - ins on their schedules. He saw a real need for a company that focused on the specific challenges of the residential home owner.
