Our newly renovated multiplex is a gated community with a secure remote entry system. Not only is the community safe, but it is also very quiet! This is genuinely a country-type setting. During our recent renovation, we installed new outdoor lighting and a picnic area. We also applied fresh paint, new flooring ceiling fans and washer and dryer hookups in all units! Water and trash is included with the rent and your only utility is electricity. Patios or balconies are located in the front and back of each unit.
