The apartments come with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The playground and pool areas are fenced in for security. The apartments are being upgraded and remodeled. The bedrooms will have laminate wood flooring with ceramic tile throughout the bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room. The hotwater heater and stoves are gas. Gas and water are provided. Resident pays for electric and trash. Pest control is done every month. Also monthly, the air conditioner filter is changed, all smoke detectors are tested, all faucets and drains checked. Friendly pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit, proof of current rabies shot and a current picture.
