When buying or selling a home or apartment, the foundation is the most important part. I investigate all issues concerning the condition of the foundation, i.e. water intrusion, grading and drainage, drought-resistant plants, structural problems such as stem wall and slab cracks, degradation, mold, mildew, earthquake bracing, girder beam repair, pier replacement, and floor joist load path construction and pricing for all the above.
