RW Allen Construction is a privately held commercial contractor based in Augusta, Georgia. Currently, our company operates in seven states throughout the southeast and maintains fully staffed offices in Athens and Savannah, Georgia. We maintain a staff of more than 60 professionals and field employees. Our commitment to our people has made RW Allen Construction the employer of choice in our region. Several of our superintendents and field personnel have served with us for more than 25 years, and others since our founding.

The company designed and installed over 200 energy management /control systems over a period of 15 years prior to starting the real estate development. Customers served US Depts. of energy and agriculture, General motors Saturn plant, Several Auto dealerships, Grocery stores and Jacksonville Jaguars foot ball stadium. Real estate development and management: Motels, fast food restaurants and small to medium size retail centers. Latest project is the first green motel in Augusta GA, a Comfort inn and Suites. In design stage is 100 room Holiday Inn express, a LEED project.
