American Real Estate & Associates is a three generation, locally owned, family business that was established in 1955. We have helped grow Kearney over the years with many residential and commercial developments. The residential developments include Rolling Hills Subdivision, Equestrian Hills Subdivision, and Kearney Plaza Subdivision. The commercial developments are both highway frontage properties; Meridian West and Villa Plaza, both of the which are still available to tenants and investors. We currently offer a full line of Real Estate & Appraisal services ranging from commercial and agricutural to residential housing in all value ranges.
