Since 1989, Chrisman Development has been a leader in the development, rehabilitation, and management of affordable housing projects. Serving low income families, seniors, the disabled, and the chronically mentally ill, Chrisman Development develops housing its residents are proud to call home. Working in partnership with local non-profit organizations, state housing agencies, federal housing agencies and financial partners, Chrisman Development has developed or rehabilitated 35 affordable housing projects, representing a total of 1,318 units with total project costs exceeding $130,000,000.
