At James Street Self Storage our leases are month to month by the 1st of every month. There is no deposit, only a one time $15.00 administrative fee at start-up. All of our units have roll-up doors and are easily accessible by driving right up to the door. Our aisle ways are wide enough for large trucks to fit through and also leave adaquate room for backing up trailers or boats.
