Copy Type's Maintenance kits cover all Parts, Labor and Supplies excluding paper needed to maintain the equipment at its highest performance as possible. Parts are replaced as called for by the manufacturer's recommendation. The kits are priced at one cent to one and a halve cents per copy depending on the copies per minute and the monthly volume of the equipment. There is no set number of copies that the customer has to run. There are no hidden charges involved. Service calls to clean the equipment and install needed parts are provided at no extra charge. There is never a mileage fee charged to the customer. If extra toner is needed for heavy prints or any other reason this is provided at no extra charge. We require no minimums or maximums. You only pay for the copies you use.
