"Fireplace & Chimney Professionals" original began as "Custom Fires" in 1999. It is still owned & operated by the same owner, Ryan Reed. We originally started out in business as a sub-contractor for other hearth stores. However, when quality control and customer service became difficult to manage being the liaison between the customer and the retail outlet, we decided to branch off and offer the full service package ourselves. We pride our company in taking care of your supplemental heating needs from start to finish. All work is completed "in-house" so that you know who to turn to if you ever have a question. We take full responsibility if you ever have any issues and likewise, full credit for all your compliments!
