I feel like I am in a company that's growth is retarded and this has stunted my indivuled growth. My passion for sucsess has surpassed my functions at my current position, that being said, I'm looking for a more challeging opportunity with a company with a tremendous upside. All the less, I'm content with my current postion, one would be foolish to not seek out greener pastures.
