We are not a full time school but run the school as if it's full time. We are open 6 days a week offering morning classes and evening classes for adult and juniors. We teach children the meaning of RESPECT and CONFIDENCE. Not about winning tournaments. We teach what the art is about not the fighting is always the way to be a champion. We offer classes for ages 5 and up in our Tae Kwon Do classes. We offer the only official World Haidong Gumdo Classes in upstate NY for Adult and now ** New Junior ages 8 to 12 in sword classes. We offer Defensive Combat Hapkido for students that want to be able to defend them self's and family members legally. We are not about how many medals we have won or who is better.
