When our field staff secures a vehicle we provide a complete condition report and pictures upon request. Our in-house skip tracing team reviews every update and takes the information provided by the field staff to determine and take the necessary steps that will expedite your recovery. We then send that information to keep you apprised of all activity on your accounts. Each client is assigned an account representative that will be the regular point of contact within our office.
