Top Hat Word & Index is a technical communications company out of the Seattle area, and registered as a sole proprietorship in the State of Washington. Our topics of experience cover a wide range of subjects; leaning toward the green industry & ecology, planning/architecture/engineering, education, the arts, and travel. Our staff offers over 25 years of professional and certified technical documentation experience. We work with a wide variety of technical communication tools including SKY Index, FrameMaker, InDesign, and the complete range of Microsoft programs including Word, Publisher, Visio, and others. Through every phase of your project, Paul is involved. Other staff are brought in primarily as editors and work as-needed for selected projects on a collaborative level with Paul.
