As the business grew we found ourselves also servicing members of the military, fire departments, security personnel, and the general public. The backbone of the Gear Box is the experience behind it. We pride ourselves on the service and product knowledge. One of the Gear Box founders has over 20 years of retail experience and the key values of customer service and satisfaction. The other co-founder is a current member of law enforcement with over 12 years of service. Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction.
