Squash Clothing was started 8 years ago by Tanya Hartnett. She quit her job and started Squash Clothing, working as a freelance designer for various companies in the outdoor industry. Being a mother of two young school age children and very involved in volunteering at the school, working freelance from home, and keeping up an active outdoor lifestyle, Tanya could never find the right things to wear and none of the stores had anything out there she liked. Then she made a pattern and sewed herself some print tunic tops. She found these the greatest items of clothing she has ever owned, and was getting complimented on them every time she wore them. Light bulb went off and here we are-SQUASH CLOTHING sharing our print tunic tops for the world to buy!

My 7 year old daughter was too thin to fit into normal shorts. I started sewing shorts for her gymnastic classes and soon many mothers were approaching me to buy some for their daughters.
Thus began Dandelion Designs. Located in Portland, Oregon we manufacture athletic apparel for women and girls. Our stretchy, comfortable shorts move the way an athlete moves with gutsy style and good coverage. No pulling up or down on your shorts to get them comfy or better coverage. They fit the way you fit.
