Sarah Hundley is a Certified Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor who has studied all over the States and abroad. As a 2001 graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Sarah’s areas of expertise include Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, and Hatha Yoga. Sarah's playful spirit and down to earth personality compliment her extensive experience. Her holistic approach is informed by a deep appreciation for the body’s innate healing abilities, the power of the breath, and the cycles of nature. In her spare time, Sarah can be found recharging in the great outdoors, surfing, biking, hiking with her dog, playing ukulele, or simply enjoying time with family and friends.
