Sierra Fitness Revolution is located in Quincy, California in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Plumas County. The unique surroundings of the Plumas National Forest offers a wide variety of fitness activities. Kristie encourages her members to take advatage of these opportunities such as mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing and will help her members incorporated these activities into their personal training program. Sierra Fitness Revolution is also very involved in organizing local events that are open to the public that encorporate outdoor activities into healthy lifestyles throughout the community. Beginning in the summer of 2011 Kristie will introduce Active Weekend Retreats for groups which will include lodging, healthy meals & outdoor activies.
