Rebecca has been a massage therapist and energy healer since 1999. She experienced an awakening into her path as a healer after initiation into Reiki in 1992. She pursued this calling by becoming certified in Massage Therapy at Twin Lakes School of Healing Arts in Santa Cruz, CA and at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA. In 2006, she completed a Master's degree in Somatic Counseling Psychotherapy from Naropa University, which explores the interconnection of mind and body using experiential therapies. She has offered counseling and mind-body healing groups to individuals recovering from cancer at QuaLife Wellness Center in Denver, CO. She is currently training in Hakomi, a method of mindfulness based body psychotherapy.
