Kathy Kosierowski and Laura Silverstein are both Chicago natives and have lived in the Vail Valley since 1993. We are both graduates of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (now Cortiva Institute) and have a combined 47 years of specializing in injury recovery as well as stress-reduction therapy. We are licensed by the State of Colorado and are Active status members of the American Massage Therapy Association. We specialize in acute and chronic muscle pain relief, easing post-operative pain and swelling (as well as reducing scar tissue), injury recovery, and stress reduction. We are competent, proficient, and knowledgeable in our applications of Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. We maintain the highest level of ethical standards.
