It is a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer. 9Round uses the power of heart rate training to maximize results. The Member Portal includes expert nutritional support and meal planning. Because our fitness program is circuit style, there are no set class times. A new workout begins every 3 minutes.
