Massage services are individualized to the client's needs. Karen does not do one size fits all massage, but rather will focus on your specific needs. 30 minute massages generally focus on the muscles of the neck, back and shoulders, or on the feet and lower legs. 60 minute massages frequently combine massage on the neck, back, shoulders and legs with massage on the arms and hands. Full body manual lymphatic drainage is also a 60 minute massage. 90 minute massages allow time for full body massage, and may include reflexology or manual lymphatic drainage.

Amy Greene was trained and the Montana School of Massage in Missoula MT. There she exceeded the requirements for certification in massage therapy and completed an internship at the Community Medical Center in Missoula. With years of clinical massage experience Amy has dedicated her practice to customizing each massage to meet the specific needs of every individual she sees. A combination of modalities including positional release therapy, trigger point, sports massage, swedish massage, reflexology and pre-natal massage has ensured the effectiveness of each massage. Amy's experience has been extremely successful in helping clients relieve severe chronic pain, symptoms of chronic illness and rehabilitate injuries.
