I have spent the last 7years working as a massage and Ayurveda Body-worker, and over time I have come to take the many different types of body-work and combine them into my own style of massage. While I still continue to learn more techniques I find I always fall back on the foundations of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is based on a full healing, of mind ,body, spirit connection. This is how I came to open Metta Spa in October of 2012, wanting to share the knowledge of Ayurveda with my love for Massage. Here at Metta Spa we have herbal products, Transcendental Meditation, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda Body-work, and classes. My goal is to offer a range of options for you to build from on your way to a full balanced space.
