I have studied and continue to study with highly trained sports medicince professionals such as Erik Dalton, Dr. Ben Benjamin, Whitney Lowe, and countless others in order to develop a specialty in Orthopedic Massage Therapy, especially with regard to neck and back pain. This training allows me to assess each session on an individual basis and approach the treatment from a clinical perspective, using several modalities (including but not limited to: Myofacial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myoskeletal Alignment Technique) to facilitate the correction of bio-mechanical dysfunctions. I also believe in the importance of engaging the client in their own healing process and will educate you on body awareness, postural distortion, and encourage corrective exercises.
