Addressing this problem led to the creation of Lake Girl Retreats, a small arm of Total Evolution Health & Transition. These women's wellness retreats provide clients neutral space to become immersed in practicing specific habits at varying intensities from Thrive 9, a holistic blueprint for a healthier lifestyle. Unfortunately, this was not enough because as clients began to shift back to their day-to-day, many of them shared how their workplace simply does not support employee wellness throughout the workday. The birth of Pillar Corporate Wellness was established due to this systemic issue. This arm of the business is the newest and most popular because of the increasing demand for healthy and engaged employees post pandemic.
