The Hutchinson System of Integrated Mind Body Therapies is multifaceted approach whole person living. The system incorporates Western medically-based massage practices; traditional massage, body work, and energy work from around the globe; and "Movement in Meditation Arts" including but not limited to Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, and Chi Gong. Created by a licensed massage therapist, former massage school instructor, and certified personal trainer the system is continually updated to include the latest Western research and newest material released by the traditional healing arts masters of the East.
