We provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment that encourages each child to develop physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually. We encourage positive self-concept by providing opportunities to make choices and succeed. We provide opportunities for your child to explore, wonder, question, create and play. We encourage parent and teacher partnerships. Our teachers are hired for their love of children as well as their experience and training in early childhood education. All staff keeps up to date on current ideas and teaching techniques and are certified in CPR/First Aid Training. All staff have had a criminal background check and have been FBI fingerprinted. BLC follows the LaPorte ISD calendar for school holidays and closings.
