The association requires that members provide us with a current copy of their CPR/First Aide training certificates, as well as a current copy of their Registration Certificate & proof of payment of the yearly renewal fee. These requirements insure that parents are being referred to providers that meet at least the minimum standards set by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), who are registered, licensed or listed. Many of our provider's are affiliated with the Texas Professional Home Child Care Association (TPHCCA) and the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC), as well as other child centered organizations. Some Provider's are also members of a state food program and offer well balanced healthy meals and snacks.
