Specialized Care Colorado will work as the middle man between your care provider and your family. The care provider will stay as an employee of SCC, but fully work for your family. We will invoice you weekly for the hours worked the week before and you can pay us by check, or credit card. We then pay the care provider, making sure all of the taxes are paid. As long as one of our care provider is working with your family, we will provide a back up care provider for sick days, or vacations, provide another care provider if it doesn't work out with the current one, and work with the family and nanny to solve any problems that arise. SCC will also sit down with your family and discussed what your care needs are and if SCC is a good match for you.
