Mt. Vernon Memorial Estates was incorporated as a cemetery in 1918 under the name of Palos Hills Memorial Park. We are located in Lemont, IL which is 25 miles from downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan. Many beautiful oak trees, original to the property, can still be seen on the cemetery property in addition to the two bodies of water on the cemetery grounds that provide a natural habitat to many of the are wildlife. We offer traditional burial.
