Mike Adams had been in construction long enough to recognize the threat the skills gap posed to his company and the value of an award winning welder. The source of that initial welder and his future business partner was Ryan Eubank, a nationally recognized vocational educator. When Ryan produced five more field welders of outstanding quality, it only seemed natural to form a partnership, and that is how AdBank came into being.
