Over 20 years ago when I began driving taxi, the goal of every taxi company was to give good service to individuals throughout the city of Providence and Rhode Island. Over the course of 20 years, the "service" part of the taxi industry has gradually disappeared. We see it not only in transportation, but in every other aspect of our life. Most current Taxi companies take their customers for granted or just neglect them entirely. The mission of Big Daddy Taxi, is to give each customer the "old tyme" feeling of respect and appreciation. I don't believe I can bring back the "Good Old Days", what I am attempting to do is remind people that companies can give the same quality service as they have in the past.
