Coastal Care EMS is a private ambulance service. We provide service to the South Texas area and we're based in Rockport. We will serve any area of the state upon request. We provide transportation to and from hospitals, private homes, doctors offices, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and dialysis and cancer centers. We also provide services for your special events. All insurances and Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. We also offer Certified CPR and First Aid classes for businesses, organizations, groups and individuals.
