Awlgrip rep. Ronald L. Marrone, has taken over service yard operations at Royale Palm Yacht Basin, his family owned marina. His passion for the boating industry began at age 15 when he began working for the family business. His passion led him to open his own yacht refinishing co. where he specialized in the application of yacht coatings on large vessels. He managed a small crew for over a decade and applied urethane coatings on yachts up to 155 feet throughout the U.S. When a Tech. Sales position became available with Awlgrip, he applied in order to gain more sales experience and to obtain a better understanding of the product chemistry.
