The company started as a simple corner store in 1961. Glorious Malone and her husband, George, opened the store to sell their locally famous headcheese recipe. The headcheese recipe has grown from being a regionally famous product to a product recognized by people all over the country. Malone's has, also, recently introduced a Country Pate line, which is receiving rave reviews. Malone's is presently a 12,000-square-foot plant at 300 W. Walnut St. in Milwaukee. It is now run by the eldest child of Glorious Malone, Daphne Jones. Glorious passed away in 2007, but the tradition of producing the highest quality product and superb customer service continues.
