Whoopies are cake-like 'hold in your hand' not quite a cookie sandwich filled with fluffy gobs of heavenly goodness. The Whoopie may have begun its' journey originally in Maine or Pennsylvania. Noone is quite sure. We were delighted when we tasted our first Whoopie. But, we thought that the Whoopie could be improved upon with some 'southern' touches. One example of this was to change the traditional offerings of chocolate shell and vanilla filling combinations; or, the vanilla shell and chocolate filling combinations to include a vast assortment of flavor delicacies. If these hand held delights could be combined in more than just a few flavors this would offer our customers more choices, and more taste sensations. We now offer over 300 combinations of flavors!
