My earliest memories were of my grandmother's kitchen. The aroma in her kitchen is still with me 30 plus years later. I remember her baking treats such as Peach Cobbler, Cinnamon Raisin Rolls and Caramel Cake. Her traditional Coconut Cake was always my favorite. She always filled it with raspberry jam and it set atop of her counter encased in a glass cake pedestal. It looked like a giant snowball. I was always dumbfounded by its creation. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. My mother has always inspired me. She passed along to me her love for baking and her creativity. But, I'm still waiting on her sweet potato pie recipe. She has taught me to cook from the heart and to always add a cup of love to every recipe. Sweet Addictions Bakery is my mom's and grandmother's bakery
