I have been a baker for many years. My specialty was baking cakes. I have done many cakes from birthdays to weddings. I love making beautiful cakes but I finally gave in to my love of chocolate and brownies which is why I'm now in the brownie business. I created a recipe for my gourmet brownies that I've worked and reworked and reworked again until I got it just where I feel it's as close to perfect as a brownie can get. One taste and I think you'll agree. My family and friends have been the guinea pig taste testers and believe me....what a terrible job they had. Hey....I say, well somebody has to do it...might as well be them!! Such torture I know! Each gourmet brownie comes individually wrapped and is approximately 4"x3" and weighs approximately 5 ozs.
