A domestic kitchen (licensed by the Oregon Department of Agriculture), I work hard day and night, all week long to bring to you new and exciting flavors and get your orders delivered to you any time of the day you request. Completely custom orders are encouraged! I love to be challenged and don't want anyone to be discouraged if they can't find the right flavor matches for them on my website.

I thoroughly enjoy food, coffee, wine, beer, and desserts - all the more if they're from the area. Since there are so many great local ingredients (and because I believe in buying healthy & local), we use all-natural ingredients in our cupcakes. That means: 1. no artificial food colorings, we use vegetable based dyes 2. unbleached flours 3. farm-fresh, free-range brown eggs 4. anything local we can get our hands on! I have a fierce sweet tooth and it seems most easily satisfied by a good, moist cupcake with a mound of delicious frosting. My love for baking rekindled and once my friends couldn't get enough - I decided I should share them with my neighbors here in Salem!
