Pastry Pantry was opened on November 16, 2009. it was a lifelong dream of owner, Courtney Marrs. Mrs. Marrs has decorated cakes and cookies for friends and family since the age of 8. She is completely self taught with no formal education in baking, but has a certificate in food handling. Since it's opening, Pastry Pantry has made a big impression on Borger, Texas. Initially opening to professionally decorate cakes, this little bakery has grown to making breakfast every morning and even extended into gourmet desserts like creme brulee! Pastry Pantry is also well know for their, "Cinnamon Roll Day" every Wednesday morning beginning at 6AM!
