So we researched and convinced some suppliers to send USPS Priority Mail Shipping instead of higher priced FedEx and UPS prices. Even though these companies might charge cheaper for deliveries from within the USA mainland, they charge USA Territories like Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands much more because they obviously do not offer Ground Shipping to Puerto Rico or USVI.
