House of Adeola is an art and wellness space dedicated to self-care through juices, art installations, live performances, classes, workshops, fresh herbs, and spiritual materials such as crystals, candles, and much more. We hope to enhance the face of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety through art, health discussions, and spiritual care practices. We will accomplish this through (but not limited by) group therapy classes, meditation sessions, and nutritional wellness classes. We see a better future, and we will maintain affordability.
