Throughout his academic and professional career, Glenn Cook, M.D. has won many honors, including being named chief resident at the Shiley Eye Center at UCSD and chief refractive surgeon for Laser Vision Consultants of San Diego. Dr. Cook has been named by San Diego Magazine as one of San Diego's Top Doctors 3 years in a row. In addition, Dr. Cook has been the team ophthalmologist for both the San Diego Chargers Football Club (1991-2000) and the San Diego Gulls Hockey Club (1991-2005). Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Cook provides one-on-one consultations with every patient prior to surgery or LASIK.
