Founder and currently the Senior Assistive Technology Consultant of TFE, Jim Rogers has been providing advice and guidance for his entire career. He is a Norte Dame graduate and has an MBA in business management.

Julie Annette specializes in custom murals, Trompe l'oiel, venetian plaster, marbleizing and custom portraits and oil paintings. She has a BS degree in Applied Design from the University of Minnesota, with an Art History minor. Julie was recently chosen as the featured artist for the Eagan Rotary Art Gala where she painted a custom oil painting to be live auctioned during a lovely black tie dinner. Julie is a member of Oil Painters of America and Plein Air Painters of America.
