Welcome to the Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Princeton. One of the first things you will learn at our studio is how much fun ballroom dancing is! Dancing is a great way to add some excitement to your life... and a little exercise, too. When you dance, you improve your cardiovascular system, increase muscle tone, and burn calories. Also, taking dance lessons is an easy, low-pressure way to meet people. Fred Astaire of Princeton provides monthly practice dance sessions, nights out on the town, and regional and national competitions.
