My husband asked me 6 yrs ago to go to a club, I said ok,Ive never been there before! Once we were there I asked the waitress where are the girls that dance on the poles, she said sometimes they do. I looked at my husband and said I want one of those poles for Christmas!..It started there and just evolved! I taught myself, and I have now 11 poles, two are packed to do parties away from the studio, I have one in the living room, one is for on the patio in the good weather, and the rest are in the studio. I love what I do and I went from weighing 145 to 119lbs, just be doing this workout! I so tired of the gym, I just workout at the studio now!
