Dance Life Studio & Fitness is Madison's premier center for adult dance and fitness classes. At Dance Life, we strive to create a warm and supportive community where women can come to enjoy themselves, not only by getting in better shape, but by changing how they feel about themselves and their bodies. Our beautiful and spacious three studio facility holds classes ranging from beginner belly dance to hip hop kickboxing fusion, and we are constantly rotating our classes to meet our customers' needs and availability. We believe that individuals matter, and that no one should ever feel like a piece of meat in a gym.

Under the direction of Mary Katic, the studio will be celebrating 42 years in business with a recital in May 2018. Students will perform PreBallet, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz and Polynesian dance.
