We believe that dance, as well as being a physical activity, is a language that breaks the barriers of communication and provides us with an outlet for our emotions. Today students of all ages are faced with many pressures; some of which include peer pressure, academic pressures and work related stress. Dance allows students to express their feelings in a non-threatening and healthy manner.
