As a professional performer and musician, Bill Shelton has been in the entertainment industry since 1975. With numerous awards and accreditations in his honor, a vision was formed. In 1979, after years of being on the road, Bill founded The Paramount Marketing Group of Companies Worldwide. He saw the need for a locally owned company that could service the needs of a rapidly changing market in the event planning and entertainment industry.
