College Bound Clowns was founded by Jessica, Rebecca, and Paul (16-21 years of age), who have all been clowns since they could walk! College Bound Clowns can provide: Music, Balloon Animals, Face Painting, Parachutes, Monkey Puppets, Children's Interactive Games, and much more! If you are really lucky, Rebecca (Star the Clown) might even perform Partymaster's famed Hula Hoop Show. Audience members RING TOSS 60 Hula Hoops over her head!
